MyWorks includes the ability to easily map the Locations you've set up in Shopify with the Locations field in QuickBooks. This can be helpful in easily separating orders in QuickBooks to accurately see which Shopify Location an order was placed from. 

Setting this mapping up is quite simple! Visit MyWorks Sync > Settings > Order, where you can enable this setting and choose QuickBooks Locations to match your Shopify Locations/Warehouses to.

And, as orders sync to QuickBooks, the Location field will follow these mappings, like the below example:
